Villa Luna is a newly renovated older villa in a perfect location for your stay in Vienna. It is located near Schönbrunn Palace, the Zoo and the Underground (Metro) Station U4 Braunschweiggase, which takes 20 minutes to the city center. Villa Luna offers you different choices for an apartment, that are all furnished and equipped with high standard amenities.


Your accommodation is in a 100-year old villa, with 7 apartments on the ground and the first floor.

The property renovations will be finished in autumn 2018.

You have access to the large sunny garden or terrace where you can enjoy the sunshine and relax.



Each of the 35 to 50 m² apartments has a beautifully art-decorated living room with a foldable couch, ideal for two additional persons to sleep. There is a LED-TV, for your viewing pleasure with some international channels.

The dining area has a table with four to five chairs. The modern kitchenette is equipped with a microwave, a refrigerator, an induction stove, a dishwasher, and a water heater. This efficient space provides you with the perfect opportunity to try out your cooking skills.


The bedroom on the ground floor overlooks the sunny inner courtyard of the villa. The bedroom on the first floor overlooks the street and the high quality soundproof windows provide a quiet sunny space. Each bedroom has a comfortable queen size bed, and an office table for your laptop/internet workspace. There is free high-speed WI-FI.


The towels and bed linens are always fresh and clean and a hair dryer, soap and shampoo are at your disposal.  If you require a clothes washing machine during your stay, we have apartments that are equipped with high quality machines. Upon your request, we can provide you with one of these apartments when you book your stay.    


CHECK-IN: from 3.00 pm.

Please let us now well in advance when you are planning to arrive. The more precise time you give will allow us to organize and facilitate your arrival and welcome.  Milena & Andraž or the housekeeper will meet you at the apartment, give you the keys and explain everything you have to know about the apartment and the area.


CHECK-OUT: until 11.00 am

Unless otherwise stipulated in advance of your departure day, we ask that you leave the apartment by 11:00 am so that we are able to clean and prepare the apartment for incoming guests.   Please note that if a guest stays in the apartment after 12:00 pm we are entitled to bill them for an additional day.


DEPARTURE: If we are unavailable to come to check you out of the apartment, please leave your keys in the door and exit the apartment.



Street parking is possible around the apartment MON-FRI 9 am-7 pm for € 2,10 per hour. You can purchase a “Parkschein” in every Tabac store; the nearest Tabac is next to the SPAR, Penzinger Str. 129, 1140 Wien,

We have four parking place one-minute walk away from the apartment for €9,00/day. This requires reservation in advance.

situated on the last station of Underground U4, four subway stations (line U4 on the green line) from the apartment. 


  • We expect our guests to read the list of apartment rules and expectations.  These will ensure a pleasant stay and help to avoid misunderstandings. 
  • This is a NON-SMOKING apartment. There will be a non-negotiable penalty of € 100,00 applied to your account if there is any evidence of smoking. This includes smoking odors, ashes, and cigarette/cigar butts.  If we notice or discover further evidence of smoking you will be asked to forfeit your booking and leave the premises.  
  • Guests are expected to take care of the facilities, furnishings and equipment.  All damages must be reported to the hosts and appropriate compensation will be determined by the hosts.
  • Please observe the general peace and quiet of the building and the apartments.  Specifically, we ask for quiet times between 14:00 to 17:00 in the afternoon, and at a night from 22:00 to 09:00.
  • PARTIES and loud music are not allowed
  • Guests are responsible for their personal valuables and it is highly recommended that guests carry their VALUABLES with them if leaving the apartment. Villa Luna Apartments cannot take them for safekeeping nor accept any liability for their security.
  • Please switch off the lights and lock the door when LEAVING the Apartment.
  • Guests are welcome to receive VISITORS as long as they observe the provisions of the house rules.
  • The use of personal HEATERS AND HOT PLATES are not allowed.
  • Villa LUNA Apartments is NOT RESPONSIBLE for the consequences of FORCE MAJEURE such as: the disappearance / loss or theft of personal / valuables and technical goods in case of burglary, cuts of water supply, non-functioning of Internet and television service due to technical problems of provider, power outages in the building, and other possible damages which the owner of the apartment were not able to prevent or stop.
  • In case of FIRE, FLOOD or other EMERGENCIES promptly notify emergency services the telephone numbers of which are listed in the attached Guide – Important phone numbers.


  • Guests are asked to LEAVE THE APARTMENT clean, tidy and undamaged.
  • UPON DEPARTING, guests are asked to close all windows, turn off all water taps, the lights in the room and its facilities, and shut the door of the apartment as you leave.
